Recorded programs are designed as self-guided experiences.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, recorded programs do not include individual coaching, personal follow-up, or aftercare.

3. Participation Requirements

4. Program Guidelines and Safe Use
Participants receive program guidelines after purchase.
Following these guidelines helps create the best possible experience and supports the intended outcomes of the program.
For hypnosis recordings specifically:
• recordings should be listened to in a quiet and safe environment
• the use of headphones is recommended
• recordings should never be listened to while driving, cycling, or operating machinery
• participants should only listen when they are able to relax safely
MindLightGuide is not responsible for misuse of recordings.
5. Recorded Program Access
After payment is completed, participants receive access to the purchased recordings or digital materials.
Access is granted for personal use only.
Recorded programs are designed for independent participation and do not include personal supervision unless explicitly stated.
6. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
MindLightGuide offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for recorded programs.
Participants must listen to at least one session within the first 7 days after purchase.
If the program does not feel like the right fit, a refund may be requested within 7 days by emailing:

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible.
7. Payments
All payments are processed online.
Access to recordings, digital programs, or scheduling of additional sessions is granted only after payment has been successfully completed.
Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect purchases already completed.
8. Intellectual Property and Recording Use
All materials provided through MindLightGuide — including recordings, text, exercises, and program content — are the intellectual property of MindLightGuide.
Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• uploading recordings online
• copying or distributing the materials
• reselling any program content
• using recordings for commercial purposes
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale may result in legal action and financial damages.

However, participation in coaching programs and hypnosis recordings involves personal responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindLightGuide shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this Site, its services, or its programs.
