By accessing this website or purchasing any program or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or its services.
1. Nature of the Services
MindLightGuide offers coaching, educational content, hypnosis recordings, and personal development programs designed to support personal insight, transformation, and wellbeing.
These services are intended for personal development and coaching purposes only.
MindLightGuide does not provide medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, or licensed healthcare services.
Participation in any program does not replace medical advice, psychological treatment, or professional healthcare.
If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, or experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Recorded programs are designed as self-guided experiences.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, recorded programs do not include individual coaching, personal follow-up, or aftercare.
Participants are responsible for their own engagement with the materials.
3. Participation Requirements
By purchasing or participating in a MindLightGuide program you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years old
• you participate voluntarily
• you understand the services are for personal development
• you remain responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions

4. Program Guidelines and Safe Use
Participants receive program guidelines after purchase.
Following these guidelines helps create the best possible experience and supports the intended outcomes of the program.
For hypnosis recordings specifically:
• recordings should be listened to in a quiet and safe environment
• the use of headphones is recommended
• recordings should never be listened to while driving, cycling, or operating machinery
• participants should only listen when they are able to relax safely
MindLightGuide is not responsible for misuse of recordings.
5. Recorded Program Access
After payment is completed, participants receive access to the purchased recordings, digital materials, and member content.
Access is granted solely to the individual purchaser and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Each purchase grants access to a single user. Access credentials, login details, and program materials may not be shared with any other person.
Recorded programs are designed for independent participation and do not include personal supervision unless explicitly stated otherwise.
MindLightGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any program, member area, or digital content if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
6. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
MindLightGuide offers a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee for recorded programs.
Participants are encouraged to listen to at least one session within the first 7 days after purchase.
If the program does not feel like the right fit, a refund may be requested within 7 days by emailing: info@mindlightguide.com
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible.
By purchasing and accessing digital content immediately after payment, participants acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately.
This guarantee is provided voluntarily by MindLightGuide and does not affect any rightsthat may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Payments
All payments are processed online.
Access to recordings, digital programs, or scheduling of additional sessions is granted only after payment has been successfully completed.
Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect purchases already completed.
8. Intellectual Property and Recording Use
8A. Confidentiality and Member Access
Program content is provided exclusively to registered participants.
Participants agree to respect the confidential nature of the program materials and acknowledge that access is granted for personal use only.
Any attempt to circumvent access restrictions, distribute materials, or provide access to unauthorized individuals may result in immediate termination of access.
8B. Intellectual Property and Recording Use
All recordings, hypnosis sessions, written materials, exercises, program content, graphics, downloads, and educational resources provided through MindLightGuide are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive intellectual property of MindLightGuide.
Participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own personal development.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
• sharing login credentials with others
• providing recordings or materials to third parties
• uploading recordings or materials to websites, platforms, social media, file-sharing services, AI systems, language models, machine learning systems, or public repositories
• recording, copying, downloading, reproducing, screen-capturing, redistributing, modifying, or otherwise extracting the materials
• reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content
• using any part of the materials to create competing products, services, courses, recordings, coaching programs, or derivative works
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, sharing, account sharing, public posting, commercial use, or resale of any materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund, legal action, and recovery of any resulting damages, losses, legal costs, and enforcement expenses.
MindLightGuide reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
MindLightGuide aims to provide high-quality services and materials.
However, participation in coaching programs and hypnosis recordings involves personal responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindLightGuide shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this Site, its services, or its programs.
Participants remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and wellbeing.
